Robert Koch Hospital was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on October 31, 1984. You can find it on the online registry by clicking on the above link > "find registered places" > "NRIS database" > "name" under 'search by category' > "state and resource name" under 'search by name' and typing in "MO" under 'enter 2-letter state code' and "Koch" under 'enter any part of name.'
from Dictionary of Missouri Historic Places Volume II, (click for larger)
I think that's supposed to say that the Hospital consists of 19 buildings "constructed between 1907 and 1939"
